Hi everyone, I'm 42 and have had pain for the last 20 years or so. Mostly in my knees. Well, lately, I've really had problems with my hands, wrists, neck and back. I wake up and can hardly move. I've been doing Bikram yoga for about 4 years and have just now really started with all this pain. I beat up my body quite a bit in my 20s, racing motorcross, mountain biking and riding horses.
